You've finished creating your client's dream itinerary and have input all of their dates. They've looked at it, they love it and now you need to go ahead and move to Your Confirmed Trips section located in your Itinerary Dashboard.
But every time that you try and move it to the next section of your sales pipeline, you keep getting a message that looks like the below:
๐ Don't worry! There's no need to panic - this is quick and easy fix.
If you are already trying to confirm an itinerary (not a lookbook) AND the itinerary has actual dates in it (ie, it is not "organized by day"), then the reason that it cannot be confirmed is because there is a blank row lurking either at the beginning or end of your itinerary which Safari Portal interprets as blank dates.
For example, in the itinerary below, you can see that no dates have been entered on the last line and only the light gray dummy text is visible:
Step-By-Step Instructions On How To Fix This:
1. Navigate to the Details tab on the itinerary that you are trying to confirm.
2. Make sure that you input the correct dates in either the first or last line, or that you remove the blank row by clicking the three dots and then Delete.
3. Click Save.
As simple as that. You will now be able to go ahead and confirm the itinerary ๐
