Great news 🎉 Your clients have confirmed their trip and you have gone ahead and sent over their guest portal. Just when you settle down with a cup of coffee to celebrate the booking, an email pops up in your inbox and your clients are asking for a last minute change to their itinerary.
You quickly duplicate the original copy as you might want to revisit it at a later stage and add in their new changes to the duplicated version. But now, you need this new itinerary to be linked with the Guest Portal that you had already sent over. Here's how:
1. In your Itineraries Dashboard, move the whole file that you are working with back to In The Pipeline.
Note to do this you will need to click the three dots on the File level.
2. Then move it back to Your Confirmed Trips and tick the duplicated itinerary that you want the original guest portal to link with.
3. Once you've confirmed the number of guests traveling, you will see the itinerary in the Your Confirmed Trips section within your Itineraries Dashboard.
Finally, order is restored and you can now go back to drinking your coffee... and trust us, it will still be hot ☕️
