What Is The Guest Portal?
Hooray 🥳 Your guest has confirmed their trip! But the party is short-lived as you realize you've still got a ton of work to do - you need to send them a whole bunch of pre-travel information, documents, and you need to collect a series of details such as medical, dietary, and passport copies.
Have no fear! We've got you! With Safari Portal's Guest Portal feature, you can build out their whole pre-departure pack and collect all of their travel information in one place, just as quickly as you built the itinerary itself.

What Will My Guests See When They Open Their Guest Portal?
So now that you've successfully shared the Guest Portal with your client, you might be thinking, "Wait, what will my clients actually see when it pops in their inbox? How do they access it?" Luckily, we have the answers to your questions that will allow you to help your clients should they ever get confused.
Step 1: An email will pop up in their inbox. It will look something like this:
Step 2: They will receive a verification code for security purposes in the email. They will need to copy this code before clicking "Click here to access your portal".
Step 3: The client will have to verify their email address. Once entered, click Verify.
Step 4: Once their email is verified, they will then enter their verification code received via email and create a custom password.
Step 5: They will then be able to login using their email address and custom password.
N.B. They must check the box alongside the text that reads "I agree to accept the Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy." By clicking on the blue hyperlinks, they will be shown your Company's Privacy Policy as entered via the Account Admin's account settings.
Step 6: Once your client has successfully logged in, they can now access their detailed itinerary and their Guest Portal. Here they can complete their guest forms, input flight or transfer details, upload travel insurance documents, add emergency contacts and upload their passport information pages. Agents are also able to do this themselves should they wish.
Note: Once guests have entered their guest information, you can now share all or some of their information with Suppliers, Ground Contacts, and DMCs with just a single click!
