Personal information including passports, health & dietary information, travel insurance, and any added miscellaneous documents will only stay on file beyond the travel date if the guest authorizes this from within their own Guest Portal login.
When you share a Guest Portal with a guest, they are prompted to set a secure login with a password and once they login are able to complete their guest forms directly and check a box if they would like for their information to be kept for future travel.
When guests complete their forms, if they check the box to save their information for future travel, then everything will be saved for 15 years.
If guests do not check the box, their personal information (health and dietary information, travel insurance details, passports and any misc documents) will be automatically cleared six months after the return date of their trip. Names, addresses, and contact information will remain on file for 15 years.
