It couldn't be easier to save a proposal as a Microsoft Word document. Here's how! 📄
Jump to section:
Instructions
- Click the Edit button to open the editor of any itinerary, lookbook, or guest portal.Â
- Go to the Itinerary tab.Â
- Click the Save button and select Save as Word Doc from the dropdown.Â
- Select the document format in the dropdown, then click the Select button.
- Landscape will export the proposal with primary photos on the left and content on the right (similar to how the itinerary, lookbook, or guest portal appears on desktop).
-
Portrait will export the proposal with primary photos at the top of the page, similar to how a proposal appears when exported as a PDF.
- The PDF will begin generating, indicated by the notification in the bottom-right corner.Â
- Click Download when the pop-up window appears. The Word document will then be downloaded to your device!
Tips and Tricks
- A Word document export contains more images than a PDF "with images" export.Â
- Don't get nervous if the cover page of your proposal looks strange in Microsoft Word! The cover page image will display correctly once the file is printed or saved to PDF.
- Hidden pages won't be exported. If pages aren't appearing in your document, double-check they're not hidden!
- To show specific days of an itinerary in a Word document, hide the other days' pages and export.
- If you want a polished PDF version of your proposal, try exporting it as a PDF instead.Â
